Southeastern Arizona 2019 Brevets

Do you just want to ride more while visiting Arizona? Maybe this is your first brevet? Do you need to qualify for Paris Brest Paris 2019?

PAC Tour will be operating these brevet distances during the spring of 2019 to introduce brevet riding and to help riders qualify for PARIS BREST PARIS!

Start times and routes are not final but will be posted here when details are confirmed. Early Registration ends 2 full days prior to the date of the event. You are required to preregister or pay an additional $5 late fee. Registration fees are not refundable.

WHEN: Meet behind Country Inn and Suites near PAC Tour Trailer or White PAC Tour van 30 minutes before starting time.

The 600 KM is a combination of the above 400KM plus the above 200 KM. There are two separate ridewithGPS routes for the 600 KM. After riding 400 KM you return to the Country Inn And Suites Control where you can rest or restock before heading out for the final 200 KM.

WHERE is the start and finish:

All the events will begin and finish at the Country Inn and Suites located near the airport. You can make a room reservation at this hotel by calling them. SUPPORT:

PAC Tour may run a neutral support van on each of the brevet. Food stops (most controls) will be at local convenience stores for riders to resupply nutrition.

On the 400 km and 600KM - We will have a support van at the Santa Cruz County Fair and Rodeo Ground's parking lot in Sonoita We will serve limited hot food and hot beverages.

How to register for a Southeastern Arizona Brevets

Preregistration fee for individual brevets are as follows: $15 for the 200KM, $40 for the 300 KM, $50 for the 400 KM and $60 for the 600 KM.

Early registration close 2 full days before the event day. Same day sign up is available for an additional $5 per event - but you must contact Susan by email or phone to recieve a confirmation of entry. This allows check in to go smoother before the start.

Pay your brevet fee by using the paypal link and your credit card. Go to the register page of the web site and enter your amount. Please indicate what brevet you are registering for under Which TOUR.

 

 

No exceptions: Bring lights, front and rear plus reflective gear per RUSA requirements if you believe you could be out there after sundown. Lights and reflective gear are not optional if you are riding in the darkness. Your brevet results will not be processed if you do not comply with the lighting requirements or other RUSA.org regulations.
